Tasting notes

Alive and bright red color. Fine and slow-falling tear. In the nose it expresses intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits, together with a light and subtle touch of toasted vanilla aromas caused by the short ageing at the barrel. On the palate it has a fresh and voluminous entry with notes of ripe red fruits with a nice structure and slight sweet tannins.

Pairing

Excellent to pair with pasta, vegetables and stewed meats, tapas and cheeses.

Tasting notes

Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. In the nose, it has voluptuous notes of exotic fruits (tropical fruits and the perfume of the fig tree in summer). Elegant and smooth structure with good acidity and with a very nice flavor that has a great stylish evolution in a pleasantly acidic finish.

Pairing

Ideal wine for salad or light and fresh cheeses. It pairs perfectly with seafood dishes, grilled fish, paellas, patés, etc.
