Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow colour. Fine and persistent bubbles. Clean and bright appearance. Soft aging aroma with signs of flower, ripe fruit and toasted tones. Vivacious in the mouth with a correct carbonic presence. Nice equilibrium between acidity and sugars. The aftertaste is long and soft. Very clean retro nose.

Pale-yellow color with golden hues cava. With a good release of small
bubbles that end up forming a cheerful crown of mousse. Very elegant
first impression, with fruity notes, and typical complex nuances of aging in
bottle. In the mouth it is very nice, fresh, and with apple reminiscences. It has
good acidity and persistence. This is a round, warm, nice, fresh and bright cava

Very clean and bright color, intense red with violet notes. Persistent bubbling and a thick crown. A fresh and clean aroma, with signs of ripe fruit. Characteristic of the variety, fruity and complex. With a particular emphasis to wild fruits, above all the strawberry and cherry. Its ageing confers it a long, balanced flow in the mouth, maintaining it fresh and lively.
