Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow colour with golden tones. Fine and delicate bubbles. An effort has been made to preserve the freshness and youth of the base wines with which it is made, using a touch of ageing that provides the yeast during time spent in the cellar. It shows a fruity bouquet and slight hints of yeast. Very fresh in mouth with a light sweetness that makes it pleasant, strong and with good structure.

Straw yellow colour with green tones. Fine persistent bubbles. Bright appearance. Soft aging aroma with signs of flower, ripe fruit and citric. Extremely vivacious in mouth compensated with a pleasant elegance and equilibrium. The aftertaste remains to white fruits and some signs of citric. Fresh, pleasant, balanced and a fine bubbling structure.

Vivacious in the mouth with a correct carbonic presence. Nice equilibrium between acidity and sugars. The aftertaste is long and soft. Very clean retro nose.
